  • Olive oil

  • 1 med onion

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 cups bean sprouts

  • Soy sauce — salt and pepper

  1. Sauté onion, celery and mushrooms in olive oil. Add ground beef, Salt & pepper. Cook the bean sprouts in a different pan till they are softer, then transfer them to the cooked beef pan. Add a few splashes of soy sauce and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. *You can substitute chicken for the beef.

Oh goodie another recipe I will try with ground turkey. I stay away from red meat as much as I can. But I do crave a steak now and then! TY Will try make it this weekend maybe!
