Beef Stir Fry

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup cabbage (raw)

  • 4 oz mushrooms

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • salt

  • pepper and garlic powder to taste

  1. Half-brown hamburger with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add cabbage, soy sauce and 3/4 cup water. Cover and simmer until cabbage is desired softness.

  2. Add mushrooms Cook for 5 more minutes

Thanks for providing such a down to earth and real recipe for us real "on a budget folks". I wish everyone else would do that instead of so much fancy, unaffordable stuff like lamb.
