Southern Sweet Tea
By MAMA J
With no added sugar and just 4 ingredients, it's pretty much a sin not to make this delectable sweet tea.

-
3 cups water
-
2 family size tea bags
-
10 teaspoons Splenda
-
2 cups water
-
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon
Bring 3 cups water to a boil. Pour over tea bags. Cover and steep 10 min. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in Splenda and add 2 cups cold water. Serve

before diabetes we would take 2 cups of the water and add the sugar to it and heat til sugar was completely dissolved no granular taste,
I wouldn't use the Splenda, I'd replace it with organic Stevia, it does sound good tho.
Sorry can't rate thus yet. What are family size tea bags. ( not meaning to sound stupid) I just never heard of that before. I'd seriously like to try this this summer
My thing is I don't like any artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes. So
What do I do?
My favorite drink.
Thanks for sharing!!

I think your carb count might be a little low…
I make something similar to this. I just don't add the packets and let everyone sweeten their own to their taste…Debe
