Salsa Chicken Salad

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces.

  • 1 tablespoon sourcream

  • Cup of lettuce chopped

  • Your desired amount of sharp cheddar shredded.

  • 1-2 tablespoons of salsa or more if desired (1 carb per tablespoon)

  1. Saute chicken til brown. Season with garlic powder and season salt to your taste. Sprinkle cheese on chicken until melted. Place lettuce in bowl. Add chicken. Add Sour cream and salsa. Eat and enjoy.
