  • 3 Tablespoons Atkins Bake Mix—can use any other very low carb baking mix found at Health Food Store

  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • 8 Splenda Packets

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2-3 Tablespoons Half & Half

  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Unsalted Butter

Directions
  1. Combine Dry Ingredients.

  2. Add Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Half & Half…Mix Well…should be a thick paste…Put batter into a greased 4x6 non stick square baking pan and bake for 10-12 Minutes at 315 degress…
