1 large package sugar-free jello gelatin dessert any flavor but strawberry or raspberry the best
1 small pint heavy whipping cream
Make jello according to directions and refrigerate to soft-set stage
Whip cream to firm peaks (don't over beat or you'll end up with butter instead)
Fold whipping cream into jello until blended but still with some small chunks of jello. Refrigerate. Can be spread on sugar-free angel food cake for best flavor.
