Layered Mexican Dip, cold

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese

  • 1/2 package guacamole dip mix

  • 1 1/3 cups fat-free refried beans

  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa, hot or mild to taste

  • 1/2 cup shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese

  • 5 black olives thinley sliced

  • 3 tablespoons sliced scallions

Directions
  1. Mix the cram cheese and guacomole mix. Lay the ingredienients in the following order: refired beans, sour cream, cheese mixture, salsa, Cheddar cheese, olives, scallions. Serve cold with low-fat chips.

  2. Serves 10

This is right down my alley. Mexican dips are one of the first thigs that appear on my plate when they are served at parties. I order low carb chips online so I don't have to worry about overdoing the carbs.
