Great idea until you have the high carb tortilla chips as the dippers. That takes it right back to the high carb realm real fast. Use pepper strips or cucumber slices or zucchini slices or celery sticks as dippers and keep it low carb. Or, here's a thought — put some in a bowl of your own and eat it with a spoon — NO ADDITIONAL CARBS THEN!! Don't defeat the purpose of the low carb recipe by adding high carb corn tortillas as dippers that are NOT included in the recipe calculations. .

this was delicious and so easy, i just put it together while waiting for laundry and presto—done! it does have slightly high sodium content, but it is meant as a low-carb and healthier version as compared to making it with other ingredients. i loved it!

One serving seems like a tease. This is not what I consider healthy and it is loaded with sodium and cholesterol.
