JAMBALAYA SALAD

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup italian salad dressing

  • 1/2 cup celery — sliced

  • 1/2 cup green pepper — chopped

  • 1/4 cup onion — chopped

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper — ground

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 garlic clove — minced

  • 1/2 cup ham — cubed

  • 6 oz shrimp — cooked, tiny

  • 1 cup tomato — chopped

  • 6 bacon slices — crumbled

Directions
  1. Combine salad ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except bacon. Chill and add bacon just before serving.

This does sound wonderful and one I will try soon. I would only make half the recipe as I would be eating it alone and saving the rest! Lani
