KEY LIME CREAM

Ingredients
  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 3 tsp splenda

  • 1/2 tbsp key lime juice

Directions
  1. Put cheeses in small bowl.

  2. Heat in microwave 5-10 seconds, until it is soft enough to mix together.

  3. When mixed well, add all other ingredients.

  4. Mix some more and YUM! Eat it cool for the best taste.

I love Key Lime spreads. This would be great with graham crackers or graham sticks or even whole wheat, whole grain thick pretzel sticks!

Sound VERY good to me! And I love the low carbs and all. Poor Ty can't eat this though, he's alergic to lime. Thanks! I will make this for me sometime though, yummm! Sheila
