Ingredients
  • 1/2cup chopped parsley, 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint, 6cornichons or baby dill pickles thinly sliced,1 tsp pickle juice, 1/4 cup draineed capers, 2 green onions thinly sliced, 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, salt & pepper to taste

  1. mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
