I was able to get the soy fly flour and ground flax at walmart the shopping place:) I have having trouble finding the soy protein isolate (by the way is this a flour also?) going to give it a try at the health food store.

I recently read an article that they have discovered soy is bad for you. It makes some people sick and can cause certain things but I need to locate the article and then I can tell you where to go read it.

I think you can get the soy products at the health food store. I have never made bread but the health food store will be my first stop for ingredients.
