have made this in the past. taste more like chocolate cheesecake instead of fudge but is still very good. just don't expect it to taste like traditional fudge.

As long as you aren't expecting this to truly taste like fudge, (and I wasn't after reading the reviews!) this doesn't taste half bad. I added coconut and slivered almonds instead of the walnuts. It does satisfy my sweet tooth.

I MADE THIS AND I NEVER WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WITH A RECIPE AND I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY MONEY IN MAKING THIS AND DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO MAKE IT…IT TASTED LIKE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE WITH ONLY THE TASTE OF CREAM CHEESE…MY HUSBAND WHO I MADE IT FOR DIDN'T LIKE IT EITHER…

This stuff was beyond nasty!!! Followed the directions to a T and used Stevia.. It was totally inedible.. Took one bite and threw it in the trash.. What a let down.. I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth fast enough.. People need to make it before they rate it.. I would have given it no stars if that was a option..

This turned out terrible. Sure didn't look anything like pictured. Very light colored, terrible flavor - we threw it out after 1 bite. I read one post the ingredients were wrong - that's what it tasted like.

Sure looks good & if we just use sugar substitutes instead of sugar everything becomes happy again. I think I prefer to eat the entire recipe not just 2 oz however as that is just a tease.

Have not tried this recipe being that I just joined, but what I am seeing is that there is possibly a typo in the cream cheese, That is WAY too much cream cheese. My guess is that it is supposed to be 2 3-OZ packages of cream cheese. If you have an accurate kitchen scale, you could measure out 6 oz of the 8oz block and try that and if the chocolate is not enough maybe DOUBLE it to 4 1-oz squares. Hope this helps!

I just whipped up a batch of this yummyness, only I omitted the pecans and added some salt, and only used 4 packets of Splenda. I used my hand mixer, so it's light and fluffy. If it doesn't set up, I'll know why, and eat it one teaspoon at a time.
