NO-BAKE ESKIMO COOKIES

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup butter

  • 3/4 cup splenda

  • 1 cup oat flakes

  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • extra Equal or Splenda

Directions
  1. Combine cocoa, butter, equal, vanilla and water.

  2. Stir in oats and puffed rice.

  3. Form into 1 inch 25mm balls and roll in equal or splenda.

  4. Makes 36 cookies.
