This recipe is bizarre — claiming it takes 1 full pound of beef to make a single serving curry recipe? Hardly. A 1 lb of beef would make at least 4 servings and could be 5-6 servings. This means the nutrition info is also off. Doesn't anyone EVER check these things before it is posted on this site? The protein content is NOT for 1 lb of beef and 1 serving either. Nine grams protein is only for 35 grams of beef which is about 1 small chunk of stew meat. That's possibly what this person used because that single piece of beef also fits the cholesterol info. The whole thing is WAY off.

I am always looking for recipes that I can make for my son-in-love and daughter; he is from Kathmandu, but he does not eat beef. Could chicken or pork be substituted?
