  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp salt-reduced soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 cl garlic — finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 chicken drumsticks

  1. *For best results put the drumsticks on a rack to allow oven heat to circulate around the meat and cook it evenly.*

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C.

  3. In a small bowl mix together honey, soy sauce, lemon juices garlic, sesame oil and a little pepper. Skin drumsticks and coat with the marinade preparation. Place drumsticks on a rack, turning them over halfway through the cooking.

  4. Cook for about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
