 Thai Fish Cakes
Ingredients
  • 1 lb fish fillets — white ground

  • 1/4 cup Fish Sauce

  • 1 lb Shrimp — ground

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 1/4 cup green beans — fresh chopped

  • 1/2 tsp splenda

  • 2 Garlic clove — fine chopped

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro — chopped

  • 2 tsp curry paste — red

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients until thick. Form patties with mixture and fry in approximately 1" of peanut oil.

  2. Makes 8
