BUTTERSCOTCH WHIP

Ingredients
  • 3 2/3 cups ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/2 pkt Jell-o sugar free pudding — butterscotch flavor

  • 4 tsp semisweet chocolate — grated

Directions
  1. Whisk together ricotta and water until smooth. (This can be done in a food processor.) Add the pudding powder and whisk until smooth.

  2. Divide among 8 dessert bowls. Can sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon grated chocolate on top of each dish. Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
