Ingredients
  • 1Toil

  • 1 1/2 C sugar snap peas(in shells)

  • 1/2C each ( bell peppers),green,red, yellow julienned

  • 2Tlite soy sauce

  • 1T lemon juice

  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. add thepeas & peppers saute

  2. for five Min.sprinkle with soy sause& lemon juice.grind in pepper and saltto serve

This recipe has it all. Not only is it low calorie and low carb, but it is quick and easy to prepare. This makes it a great choice to fix as a side dish that can even be used as a snack as well.
