Spinach and Artichoke dip

Ingredients
  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts(drained/chopped.

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 1/2 cups low fat sour cream

  • 1/2 cups chopped red bell pepper

  • 1/2 cups Parmesan or Asiago cheese

  • 2 ea thinly sliced green onion

  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes or onion pwdr

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions
  1. In medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the onion flakes are softened.

  2. Serve with cut up vegetables (carrots, broccoli, etc)

This is an awesome dip recipe. I have been looking for it and found some but this one is the best version yet. Usually I order this when I dine out in places that offer it. It never ceases to amaze me how low in carbs it is for the amount in a serving.
