Sweet Potato Butter

  • • 1 large baked sweet potato (Red Garnet is best)

  • • 1 rounded tablespoon almond butter

  • • pinch of salt

  • . cinnamon to taste

Directions
  1. Cooking Time: Over one hour

  2. : Over one hour in oven at 350degrees or 8-10 minutes in M/W

  3. Instructions:

  4. Mash ingredients together with a fork until thoroughly mixed.

  5. Great spread on whole grain toast or as a dip for celery sticks.

This is a very different and welcome recipe to use as a dip or spread. Sweet potatos are so good. To fix this will be quick and easy. I also appreciate all the good nutritional info provided. It shows us how healthy eating this will be.
