Pear, Boursin, and Watercress on Pumpernickel

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Boursin cheese

  • 2 slices real pumpernickel bread

  • 1/4 small pear, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup watercress stems removed

Directions
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon Boursin on each slice of bread. Top one slice with pear and watercress. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cut in half, then wrap.

This sounds well worth trying. I'm going to have to look for some Boursin. The store where I shop doesn't carry it, but it is surely worth looking for. Pumpernickel bread is one of my favs.
