2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen broccoli and couliflower florets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-8 teaspoon pepper
Bring 1/4 inch water to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Cover and cook. stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain vegetables in a colander. Wipe out saucepan.
Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in orange zest and cook 30 seconds. Add vegetables, salt and pepper; toss until evely coated and heated through, about 1 minute.
