It looks and tastes like it came from a restaurant – but you can make it at home for a fraction of the cost.

French Tuna Salad
Ingredients
  • Romaine lettuce leaf

  • 10 ounces frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing

  • 1 lb. white tuna in water, drained

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Directions
  1. Line individual salad plates with romaine lettuce leaves. Combine all remaining ingredients, except the eggs, and place on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with egg slices to serve.
