So-Easy Spinach and Bacon Salad

Bits of real bacon make this salad even tastier … and the recipe includes a quick, delicious dressing.

So-Easy Spinach and Bacon Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp honey mustard

  • 1/2 tsp celery seed

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced

  • 4 slices bacon, warmed and chopped

  • 6 c. fresh spinach leaves

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

  • 1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Directions
  1. In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup, stir together sugar, vinegar and mustard.

  2. Stir in celery seed, crushed red pepper, water, bell pepper and bacon.

  3. Place spinach in a medium bowl. Top with dressing, eggs and chow mein noodles.

  4. Serve immediately.

this sounds so good ,but i would have to leave out the red crushed pepper, senceative stomack
