Parmesan Cheese Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cooking spray

  • 14 oz Artichokes, hearts, with water, canned , rinsed and drained

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup Cheese, parmesan, grated

  • 1 medium garlic cloves , minced

  • 1/8 tsp tabasco sauce

  • 1 pinch paprika , optional

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.

  3. Place in prepared baking dish. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.

  4. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly brown.

  5. Serve warm with assorted crackers.
