Peanut-Butter Squares

  • 1 canola cooking spray with flour

  • 1 Eggs, large, raw

  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter, natural, creamy

  • 1 cup fresh mashed banana

  • 1/4 cup fat free milk

  • 1 cup white all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp low sodium baking powder

  • 1/4 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with the nonstick spray.

  3. Beat together the egg, peanut butter, and banana with and electric mixer until smooth.

  4. Add in the milk, flour, baking soda, and powder, and then stir in the peanuts.

  5. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes until browned. Cool and cut into 24 squares.
