Peach Crumb Cake

  • 2 cup peeled and sliced peaches

  • 1 cooking spray

  • 1/3 cup Cracker Crumbs, graham, plain

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 2 tsp Margarine, 80% fat , melted

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Layer the sliced peaches in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
