Creamy Peach Silk Pie

  • 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free peach Jell-O

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

  • 2 (8 ounce) containers low-fat peach yogurt

  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free, thawed (or lite)

  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (I use keeblers)

  1. 1Using a mixing bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.

  2. 2Whisk in yogurt.

  3. 3Fold in Cool Whip.

  4. 4Pour into crust and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
