Cauliflower Poppers

Cauliflower Poppers
Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • cooking spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400*.

  2. Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl.

  3. Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.

  4. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

  5. Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring once during baking.

  6. Makes about 8 - 1/2 cup servings.

Looks good i like finding different kinds of recipes to give me a change of pace… i get tired of the sameole sameole.

Had these tonight. My husband even likes them and he does not like vegetables that much nor is he diabetic. They are a tasty treat!

I've made mashed cauliflower and with the right seasonings, it even fooled my finicky veg. hating hubby LOL

I have had the mock mac and cheese with cauliflower and it's great. They are so tasty looking. I've got to try this!

I tried these last night. They are great! I had to bake mine about 20 minutes for desired tenderness, but they were a great side.
