Pepperoni Mustard Spread

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 oz Lunchmeat, pepperoni, pork & beef, sandwich size, deli slice

  • 1 tbsp stoneground mustard

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese , softened

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill weed

Directions
  1. In a food processor blend pepperoni, mustard, lemon juice, cream cheese and dill. Process, scraping down sides of bowl, until smooth.

  2. Arrange spread in attractive serving bowl; place on tray surrounded by assorted crackers, sliced breads and vegetables.
