4 whole wheat tortillas (7 - 8 in)
3 1/2 oz hummus (about 1/3 cup)
1/2 g roasted red peppers with brine , drained and chopped
1/2 cup Cheese, feta, crumbled (2 ounces)
1/2 cup Cheese, mozzarella, shredded (2 ounces)
8 pitted calamata olives , halved
1 tsp fresh oregano , snipped
Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
Arrange tortillas in a single layer on an extra-large baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
Spread hummus over tortillas.
Top with roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake about 6 minutes more or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly browned.
Sprinkle with olives and oregano.
Cut each pizzetta into quarters.
