1 cup Cream Cheese, fat free, plain , softened
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder , separated
1/8 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 cup no-salt tomato sauce
1/4 tsp oregano leaves
1/8 tsp onion powder
4 oz Artichokes, hearts, frozen , thawed
1/4 fresh green onions , sliced
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 oz Olives, black, jumbo, pitted, canned , sliced
1/2 cup part skim shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp dry italian seasoning
Spray a 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using an electric mixer on low speed, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, and red pepper until smooth and pour into pie plate.
In a small bowl mix together the tomato sauce, oregano, the other 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, and onion powder; stir well.
Pour tomato sauce mixture over the cream cheese mixture in the pie plate.
Place the artichokes, green onions, red peppers, and olives in the pie plate.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered until thoroughly heated and cheese melted, about 15-20 minutes.
