Yogurt with Kiwi

Ingredients
  • 3 cups (681 g) vanilla nonfat yogurt

  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice

Directions
  1. Divide the yogurt between 8 dessert dishes.

  2. Quarter the kiwi fruits, then slice crosswise. Toss with the lime juice. Place 4 to 5 kiwi pieces atop each serving. Serve at once.
