Sugarless Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup quick oat

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 teaspoon allspice

  • 1 1/2 cups raisins

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. 2Lightly grease cookie sheets.

  3. 3Mix dry ingredients completely.

  4. 4Add reamining ingredients one at a time, mixing completely.

  5. 5Drop using teaspoon (not measuring spoon) onto cookie sheet.

  6. 6Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes or until slighly brown on the bottom. Rotate and turn cookie sheets half way through.

  7. 7Cool completely on cooling rack.

This is sure to taste great with all the flavors provided by the spices. With all this good spice, we shouldn't miss the sugar at all.
