Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • 6 oz. packed in water can tuna, drained

  • 2 Tbsp onion, chopped

  • 3 Tbsp. pickle, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

  • 3 hard boiled eggs, diced

  • 1/8 tsp. salt

  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

  • 2 Tbsp. light Ranch dressing or mayonnaise

  • Variations:

  • 1) Mix 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard into the salad in Step 1.

  • 2) Instead of the salt and pepper, use 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning.

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a good sized mixing bowl.
