Russet Potato with Rosemary

  • oz russet potatoes , baked, cut length wise in thick wedges

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary

  • 1 medium garlic cloves , minced

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  1. Preheat a sheet pan in a 400 degree F oven.

  2. Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary, garlic, and pepper. Bake potatoes until browned on one side, about 20 minutes. Turn over and bake on the other side for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
