Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts ,

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 pinch lemon pepper seasoning

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Place chicken skin-side up, on a shallow baking pan. Brush with oil. Sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper.

  3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through.

I broil mine instead of baking and I like it just fine…I also don't even use the olive oil…just use the lemon pepper and put in broiler…of course it doesn't take as long as in the oven…but I have no idea about the nutritional values.
