1/2 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
4 teaspoons reduced calore margarine
8 oz fat-free cream cheese. softened
1 small package sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
8 tablespoons whipped cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cereal and margarine in a bowl and pat into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. let stand until cool.
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream and pudding mix in a mixing bowl until blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked layer and chill or freeze until set. Slice the pie and top each serving with 1 tablespoon of the whipped topping.
