6 to 8 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese, diced or crumbled
1 cup apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Combine first 4 salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor or beat well with a whisk.
Add salad dressing to cabbage mixture. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving to combine flavors.
