Honey-Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 5-ounce bone-in, center-cut pork chops 4 ea

  • cooking spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place pork chops in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour mustard mixture over pork chops and spread to coat.

  3. Bake pork chops in oven 30 minutes or until done.

cathy123 I copy the recipe and paste it in a word file. Edit out the garbage, format it so it is legable, and save it in my recipe files to print when I want to.
