Low-Carb Shake
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup egg substitute (like "Eggbeaters")

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute (or 3 packets)

  • Equal sugar substitute, tablets crushed

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 7 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Cover and blend on low speed for a few seconds, then on high speed for about 30 seconds.

  2. When done it should be thick and smooth.

  3. You can add a touch more water if it's too thick to blend.

  4. For variation, add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
