Cranberry Apple Crisp

  • 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup Equal Spoonful OR 24 packets Equal sweetener

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/4 cup stick butter or margarine, melted

  • 1/2 cup Equal Spoonful OR 12 packets Equal sweetener

  1. Combine apples, cranberries, and 1 cup Equal® in an non-greased 10-inch glass pie plate. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, pecans, butter and ½ cup Equal. Sprinkle mixture over top of the apples and cranberries.Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven approximately 50-60 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Good recipe that uses apples in combination with another fruit. The fact that it is also low in Cholesterol is a big plus.
