8 fresh portabella mushroom , 8 caps (about 1 pound)
1 cooking spray
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup low sodium marinara sauce
1/2 cup Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Scoop out brown gills from bottoms of mushrooms and throw away.
Arrange mushrooms, skin side up on baking sheet. Place under broiler for 5 minutes.
Flip mushrooms over and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce over each mushrooms and top with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Broil 3 more minutes or until cheese melts.
