Prosciutto and Sage Topped Chicken Breast

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/4 pounds)

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup fresh sage , 12 leaves

  • 4 piece prosciutto

  1. Prepare grill.

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.

  3. Place 3 sage leaves on top of chicken breast then top with prosciutto, secure in place with toothpick if necessary.

  4. Place chicken breast, prosciutto side down on grill over medium heat and cook 5-6 minutes.

  5. Turn and grill until chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 more minutes.
