3 1/2 cup Pasta, bow ties, semolina, dry
2 cup Pea Pods, Chinese snow, fresh, whole , strings removed
2 large red bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces (2 cups)
1 cup sliced carrots , sliced (1 cup)
1/2 cup fresh basil , chopped
1/2 cup Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded (2 oz.)
1 cup Salad Dressing, parmesan, creamy, low fat
2 tbsp fat free milk
Follow directions on package for cooking and draining the pasta. Add pea pods for the last minute of cooking.
Rinse pasta with cool water and drain.
In a 4-quart bowl, combine bell peppers, basil, cheese, and carrots and stir.
Mix dressing and milk with a whisk in a small bowl.
Add pasta, pea pods, and dressing mixture to bell pepper mixture. Toss to coat.
