Raisin and Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
  • 1 Cooking Spray, canola, with butter flavor, 1/3 sec spray

  • 1 1/2 piece sliced whole wheat bread

  • 1 cup liquid egg substitute

  • 3 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Raisins, golden, seedless

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 SPLENDA┬«

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Boil a kettle of water on the stove. Spray an oven-safe baking dish with the cooking spray.

  2. Split the bread into large pieces and set on the bottom of the baking dish.

  3. Whisk the egg substitute, 3 tablespoons cold water, ground cinnamon, raisins, salt, and sweetener together in a bowl. Drizzle over the bread.

  4. Set the baking dish in the middle of an oven-safe pan and add the boiling water to the pan until it is halfway up the side of the bread dish.

  5. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool completely before serving.
