Stuffing-Crusted Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, divided

  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, well drained

  • 1 can (7 oz.) corn, drained

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing

  • 1-1/2 cups hot water

Directions
  1. HEAT oven to 400°F. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken, garlic powder and stir-fry vegetables. Mix corn and dressing; spoon over vegetable layer in dish; set aside.

  2. ADD hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon over corn mixture.

  3. BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
