Eat cooked red meat with broccoli or other cruciferous veggie to minimize cancer risk. Cooking sprays are not recommended because they are toxic GMO where the plants were GMO'd to withstand heavy apps of herbicide and pesticide—both are strong biodisruptors which are not totally washed off the plant. Most oils (corn, soy, veggie) degrade in cooking making them slightly toxic, so use coconut oil or butter. These are much more nutritious. Look for organic, minimally processed brands. Better yet, get raw sweet butter for the most nutrients in cooking. Other than that, sounds yum. Eat organic, grass fed, type A cow.
