Sun-Dried Tomato and Cottage Cheese Dip

  • 2 cup Cottage Cheese, lowfat , cream style

  • 1 fresh green onions , chopped

  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers , finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp Tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained , chopped fine

  • 2 tbsp fresh basil (or 2 tsp dried basil)

  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper , freshly cracked

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides.

  2. Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares, or other fresh veggies such as celery, zucchini, or carrot sticks.

This recipe has so many wonderful flavors in it. Put them all together like it says and the taste is going to be out of this world.
